The routines are fun, easy to learn and provide a blast of energy and intense cardio exercise! DT locations can now be found throughout the U.S. and abroad. Each DT instructor is hand picked as an Elite Coach and Leader, specifically trained in Dance, Fitness and most important Leadership. They are educated with hands on training and mentoring until they are fully ready to accept a role as an instructor who provides an environment of motivation, skill, and FUN! DT classes are NOT lead by amatures!
